About the job
● We are now looking for a customer service minded individual who loves solving our customer’s problems, questions, and needs.
● Working hours are 12:00-21:00 on weekdays but may vary according to business need.
● This is a full-time position based in our office in central Stockholm.
● You get the chance to work in a social and outward-looking role, where you are an important part of the work to strengthen the ICANIWILL brand.
● Communication with ICANIWILL’s customers mainly through Freshdesk and email
● Manage and solve our customer requests and questions.
● Have close communication with other departments at the office and the warehouse.
● Most important: Deliver a great experience for our customers, no matter what.

Qualifications
● Strong work ethic and ambition
● Fluent in Swedish and English. Finnish or German is a plus!
● Experience in e-commerce and/or customer service.
● Service-minded living by the phrase “Customer is always right”
● Committed, outgoing and passionate about giving the customer the best service in a professional way.
● Are a "doer" who thrives best in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
● Have an unpretentious attitude, is flexible, solution-oriented and easy to take on new knowledge.
